It started in a garage…

Kelly and Staci are a dynamic duo with a burning passion for sports and fitness. Kelly's athletic journey began in high school where he excelled in multiple varsity sports. The Marine Corps then molded him into a force of unyielding discipline and a "never give up" mindset. Staci found her calling in coaching fitness, starting with Body Pump in 2000 and establishing her own successful bootcamp program for women in 2008.

They stumbled upon a CrossFit class in 2010 that opened their eyes to the incredible potential of combining strength training and cardio in a functional way. Energized by this transformative experience, they boldly started J19 Fitness in their humble garage in 2011, with just one client.

Inspired by the verse Joshua 1:9, they have gone above and beyond in helping over a thousand people reach their fitness goals. Their expertise and dedication have earned them a reputation as the go-to fitness community.

In our 12 years of running a business we have learned that there is more than one word that starts with “F”.
Yes, fitness starts with “F”, but the are 2 words that matters more to us - FAMILY and FUN.

We have discovered that no matter the workout programming the one thing you must do to get results is be consistent…and for most of us that is the hardest thing to do. Show up, then show up again, and again, and again…

The Secret Formula:

Family + Fitness = FUN!

We fight boredom with our customizable programming. Everyday there is a workout scheduled AND our coaches will customize based on your skill level. In our programming, we think about what you did 2 weeks ago and what you will be dong 2 weeks form now.

We have a plan. You do not need to think about what to do. We will show and teach you.

We fight loneliness through our amazing community.
Don’t you want to go where everybody knows your name? Our coaches know who you are. Everyone in the class rallies to support one another in doing the workouts.

Why is consistency so hard? It’s either:
