Team member 1 will be completing an 800m weighted run

Run with Med Ball

Team member 2 will be completing an AMRAP of any of the barbell movements

Team member 3 will be completing any of the gymnastics movements

**Once team member 1 returns from the 800m run, the team will rotate responsibilities**

800m Run is worth 10 points

Gymnastic movements and point values

1 legless rope climb=5 points

5 muscle ups (any type), 5 wall climbs, 6 pistols=5 points

10 T2B,10 Pullups=5 points

20 push ups,25 air squats,20 kb swings(53/35)=5 points

Barbell movements and point values


deadlift, front squat, back squat, push press=1 point per rep

power clean, power snatch, sdhp, strict press=2 points per rep

squat clean, squat snatch, thruster, ohs=3 points per rep

Total points is score…..team is responsible for keeping track and calculating points
