Bevin O'Neill has been CrossFitting here at J19 for over a year.  She is currently 8 1/2 months pregnant, so she modifies her workouts to keep her body moving.  She looks great!  Way to go Bevin and good luck with baby #1.

For Time With a Partner: 

Run 1 Mile (Widow maker hill route then down Lorna Rd. and back to the gym via Rocky Ridge)

Tire Drag 400 Meters  - Backwards (approximately 60 LBS)

100 Wall Balls - One partner works at a time
