Lot's of cool stuff happening this week. The CrossFit games start on Tuesday with the Masters athletes (The coolest of all the Crossfitters) and our new intro course starts on Wednesday. People seem to be really digging the intro course. It is a great way to slowly prepare yourself for regular classes. This time is almost full but we will be starting another class in about 3-4 weeks.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

6 strict ring dips
9 box jumps, 30-inch
