12 Mins to establish a max of the complex

1 Power snatch + 1 Hang snatch + 1 Squat snatch (Only touch and go between hang and squat snatch)

Then EMOM for 5 MIns 1 complex with 85% of max

Then 

Conditioning

For Time:

50 Burpees

100 Double Unders
