WOD - 9.2.13 - Labor Day WODFEST 10AM

Teams of 3 Complete as many reps or distance as possible for each exercise.  2 athletes can work at a time.  

Work time will be 3 minutes per station. There will be a 1 minute rest period between stations. We will draw to see what station your team will start on.  Your team will have to go in order from the station that they start on.
