J19 Bootcamp is a High Intensity Interval Training complete body workout that can benefit all fitness levels. Hi-level and low-level options for every exercise are offered in order to challenge each individual at their current fitness level enabling everyone to get the maximum benefit from each exercise.
J19 Bootcamp focuses on all areas of the body–agility, speed, balance, strength, burning calories, and most of all, having fun! Classes are held in our large studio and outside, weather permitting.
Class time 11:45 AM M-W-F (class is approx 45 minutes) Thursday 6:15 PM
Up to 12 classes per month. Must be used in the month period. The month will start at your first class. Class Meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Meet Chrissy Holden. Chrissy lives in Birmingham with her husband Josh and their two children, Mary Casen (6), and Marin (2). Chrissy is a stay-at-home mom and group trainer and Josh is an attorney. Josh played football at UAB and Chrissy has always been very active through athletics, cheerleading, and dance. Even through having two children, the gym has always been a priority to Chrissy.
If you know Chrissy, you know that she lights up a room and has a certain spunk that is contagious. You are going to hate her during your work out but when it is all said and done you will love her. She is going to push you to make sure you give everything you have. You are guaranteed to have a blast while you sweat your tail off! After all, working out should be hard but at the end of the day it should be fun and something you look forward to. Chrissy is certified in Zumba, Group Exercise Training, CPR/AED & First Aid.
