Intro Course Class Schedule

Next course start 2.9.16 - Please bring a notebook that can be used for the entire course. 

Class times and days 6:00AM and 7:00PM  Tuesday and Thursday. 

CrossFit is right for anyone, and we make it easy to get started the right way! It all starts with a introductory course that consists of 8 workouts over the course of a month. We will get you CrossFitting safely and effectively, one step at a time, over a few weeks. We will modify your workouts until you are ready to join our group classes and experience the fun of a daily workout with your friends that leaves you with a feeling of accomplishment and camaraderie! 

 In Fundamentals you’ll get introduced to all our movements, equipment, and methods gradually over the course of a four weeks. You’ll learn about our nutrition program, determine how often you should train, and get all your questions answered! 

Fundamentals is a learning experience, not a gut check. You can’t “fail” Fundamentals. No matter what level of fitness you’re at, Fundamentals is right for you! 

One of the best parts of going through CFJ19's intro class is the ability to gauge your results.

For example, during your first class, you’ll learn three basic exercises. Then, everyone in the class will do a timed workout using the movements you’ve learned.

Then on your 8th workout, you’ll repeat the first workout again. Afterward, we’ll compare your two time differences.

That time difference between your first workout and your 12th workout will be…

Finding the right gym is an important decision.

 This is especially true if you’re new to CrossFit. There are several CrossFit affiliates and athletic training facilities in the area to choose from, but CrossFit affiliates vary greatly from the experience of the coach, type of training they offer to the culture they create.

We provide a positive atmosphere and training environment that can’t be beat. We’re a family at J19, and we show that every day with the positive attitudes, camaraderie and friendships that are built here.
